iPole was created to allow individuals from beginner through to advanced to learn, practice or maintain pole fitness in a relaxed and friendly environment. It is aimed at any level or gender, whether it be for personal enjoyment or wanting to develop a career, we can help!

Pole fitness and dancing can be used to maintain health and physical fitness through the art of pole.

Pole fitness can assist with the following;

  • Increased upper body strength
  • Increased flexibility
  • Increased cardio fitness
  • All over body toning
  • Weight loss
  • Boosting confidence and self esteem

Instructors are trained to a high level, first aid trained and insured.
